How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend booking 4–6 months in advance for large productions, weddings, and galas. Smaller corporate events and private dinners can often be planned in 6–8 weeks. The sooner we connect, the more flexibility we have with venues and vendors.
What types of events do you handle?+
Corporate events, conferences, product launches, galas, fundraisers, weddings, private celebrations, festivals, networking lunches, brand activations, and large-scale productions. If it's an event, we can produce it.
What areas do you serve?+
We serve all areas. While we're based in Florida, our team travels nationwide to produce events anywhere our clients need us.
